Loved the steak sticks from Plainview Beef! They are a little more mild, but appear to be much more healthy than many of the beef sticks on the market. There was trouble with my order but it was quickly taken care of as soon as Plainview Beef heard about it.

My only complaint is i am no longer satisfied with my favorite steakhouse. I don't know what you do to make it have that much flavor, but my wife and I are loving these! Thank you!
These were outstanding. I don’t normally eat a lot of filets because the texture feels “mushy”. These were fantastic. Tender and juicy without any of the mushiness. The quality was top notch. I’ve already placed my second order for different cuts to try while awaiting the filets to be back in stock.
Love this stuff. From the steaks, to the steak sticks, to the tallow, to the lip balm, I have started ordering all of it.
