  • All sales final due to perishability.
  • Report issues within 48 hours with documentation.
  • Resolution is at our discretion.

Tallow Skin Care Products

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days.
  • Opened/used items cannot be returned.
  • Report issues within 48 hours for replacement/refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are
non-refundable unless due to our error.
