Will my beef arrive frozen?
Yes — guaranteed. Every box ships with ice blankets in an insulated liner, vacuum-sealed within 24 hours of processing. If your order arrives thawed, contact us and we'll reship the entire order at no charge. Pro tip: put the box straight into your freezer, then thaw cuts in the refrigerator 24–48 hours before cooking.
Can I customize which cuts I get?
Yes. After your first box, you can swap individual cuts from your account dashboard before each shipment. Our boxes are curated monthly by our ranch team, but you're always in control of exactly what arrives in yours.
