Our animals are raised with your family in mind because we believe that our customers deserve a product that does not contain preservatives, steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. We believe our customers should have a PLAINVIEW of where their beef is coming from, and how the animal is being raised and fed.

of our Process
We would describe our feeding process as grass-fed, sprout-finished on grass fodder that is harvested daily from our growing center. You may be aware of the benefits of eating sprouts to your health. We have come to understand there are many benefits that apply to our animals as well. The most exciting part of this is that we are just beginning to understand that the healthier our animals, the healthier beef we get to enjoy. The feeding process affects every part of the beef from taste and tenderness to digestibility.

We believe that healthier animals mean healthier beef. How do we accomplish this? We aim to incorporate best cattle practices in all that we do. We work hard to reduce the stress level for our cattle and provide each animal with an environment where their health can thrive.
Sprout Finished
Our cattle are typically coming from open range grass pasture and then finished with high protein and nutrient rich grass for the final 120 – 180 days. This grass is sprouted and harvested each day when nutrient levels peak. Our controlled environment growing center allows us to monitor very closely, all inputs throughout the process to ensure that no contaminates ever reach the feed. Once harvested the sprouted grass is fed to our animals daily within approximately 10 hours of harvest, maximizing the nutrients, proteins and digestibility for each animal.
Quality
Grass-fed and finished beef is known for its health benefits already but unfortunately the same cannot be said for its taste. Traditionally grass-fed animals are finished on hay and low-quality grasses with far less nutritional benefit. These animals can typically get enough feed to maintain their weight but gaining weight beyond around 1,000 lbs can be challenging and therefore most grass-fed cattle are burchered at that point.
Enter PLAINVIEW; because we have the ability to provide our animals with large quantities of high-quality feed on demand, we expect our animals to continue to gain weight, allowing us to grow them to around 1,400 lbs while creating an environment that will cause them to develop more muscle marbling. This in turn, is what will develop premium taste, tenderness, and nutrient profile in our beef.

We plan to raise the bar for the health-conscious consumer with a pure, traceable tender grass-fed and sprout-finished beef option that contains:

Around 182% more vitamin b-12
Significantly lower levels of saturated fat
Contains 2 – 6 times more omega 3 fatty acids
Higher amounts of vitamins a, b, e, and other antioxidants

Our beef will be processed at a USDA inspected facilities in close proximity to our cattle. All meat will be vacuum sealed during the packing and shipping process with no additives or preservatives. We will work hard to ensure the freshest beef possible reaches your table.

Debra Sweeney - CMO
Debra Sweeney is an entrepreneurial leader and CEO of Rosie's Farm Properties, championing sustainable agriculture with a focus on Controlled Environment Agriculture and solar integration. Licensed in life and health insurance in Nevada since 2016, she also excels in network marketing, holding Triple Platinum status with Juuva and 6 Star with Xpirient. Debra's diverse experience spans agriculture, insurance, and network marketing, showcasing her commitment to innovation, health, and sustainable practices.
Gabriel Orr - CEO
Born and raised in Colorado farming and ranching until moving overseas In 2007. Led a start-up renewable company to a multi- million dollar exit In 10 years. Recently focused on private equity and finance with plans to play a key role in leading PLAINVIEW moving forward.
Boyd Orr - Advisor
Born and raised in Kansas and has built his career around farming and ranching. Boyd has fed thousands of beef cattle throughout his career and possesses a great deal of experience in beef cattle operations. Boyd will join PLAINVIEW as a member of its advisory board.
Brent Orr - Advisor
Born and raised on a farm and continued farming and ranching after moving to Eastern Colorado. Managed and operated 5,000 acres of irrigated farmland and several thousand head cattle operation. Brent has extensive experience in feeding cattle from the perspective of an owner, operator, and banker.
Larry Gardner - Advisor
Born and raised in Northeastern Colorado. Larry has been farming and ranching for more than 40 years with a significant angus cow-calf operation in both Colorado and Oklahoma. PLAINVIEW will source as many cattle from Larry's herd as possible and will have Larry be a primary caretaker of PLAINVIEW's cattle. Larry's knowledge and experience in raising the finest quality angus cattle will be a huge benefit to PLAINVIEW.
Jerot Pearson - Advisor
Owns and manages a 5th generation farm operation in Western Kansas dedicated to regenerative farming practices. Jerot is a licensed professional engineer and a business owner of manufacturing and development ventures. Currently not a red meat eater, but will be watching and evaluating the nutritional benefits of PLAINVIEW BEEF compared to historical red meat options.
Russ Collins - Advisor
Russ was born and raised in Arkansas and worked for 2 Fortune 500 financial institutions for 8 years, then went on to become an executive director of a non profit focused on mentoring college aged and high school students. In 2020 Russ and his wife, Jamie, founded Ozark Media, a production company focused on event audio & lighting production, video podcasting & content for high level professionals and brands, and content marketing. Russ and his family reside in Northwest Arkansas.
